About this artwork
This work for me is a reflection on how light breaks through the darkness.
There are many unanswered questions in the world, and the image of Christ has always been depicted in different ways. For me, this is not a portrait, but a symbol — of an internal search, hope and faith.
I experimented with color and brushstroke to show: light does not come from outside, it is born inside a person.
Used high quality materials. Acrylic painting on canvas.… It is varnished. Signature of the artist, the boards are painted in the color of the painting. The pendant is ready. Certificate of Authenticity.

Iryna Kastsova is a painter from Belarus who has exhibited nationally and in Denmark. Additionally, her pieces have been exhibited in the Palace of Arts and the Museum of Modern Fine Art, in Minsk. Kastsova’s abundant florals and vibrant seascapes are a mélange between impressionism, realism and expressionism. Her method lies in spontaneous creation primarily using oil on canvas.
