About this artwork
The series of three "Small Color Panels" is designed in turquoise and blue tones based on individual color studies: a subtle turquoise, a medium royal blue and a dark blue (indigo). These tones are precisely coordinated and created through our own mixtures. Each color panel contains small shapes borrowed from nature in complementary colors: yellow, orange, green. Which provide inspiration: a small waterfall, a small urban silhouette... These details…
are so finely worked in that the overall impression remains that of purely abstract color areas. Each 'panel' is painted on a wooden panel and additionally framed in a handmade white-lacquered wooden frame. The price refers to the series of three including framing: the individual size is 39 x 32 cm.
