Isabel establishes a dialogue between a powerful and striking yellow background with corporeal elements that float in the composition. It has influences of African aboriginal art, but also Australian. It is a very emotional work, hence its name. He dabbles in large, broad, very gestural brushstrokes full of matter, color and harmony that are specified in basic geometric shapes. It has traits of naivety,… reminiscent of childish colors and strokes. It is a dialogue of opposing sensations and expressions that come together in a work that powerfully calls the senses.

It was while walking on a beach in Malaga as a child that Perdiguero found a beautiful blue stone on the sand and became captivated by colour. An autodidact painter with additional interests in lithography and textiles, her abstract pieces are marked by an inventive take on colour, light, and their dynamic interaction.
