Isabelle Moutte, passionate about watercolor since her adolescence, is a painter from Hyères in the Var, Côte d'Azur. She discovered this medium with a painter from Normandy. She relies on photography to capture her subjects, mixing delicate sketches and explosions of color in an approach that is both thoughtful and spontaneous. His watercolors confront the gentleness of the medium with the ferocity of wild animals, evoking powerful emotions such as anguish and tenderness. But she also paints in her hill of Provence, she chooses a subject and paints what she perceives, rendering a given atmosphere of emotions little by little she leaves the land for the coast, to feel the sea air.
