Isabelle Moutte, passionate about watercolor since her adolescence, is a painter from Hyères in the Var, Côte d'Azur. She discovered this medium with a painter from Normandy. She relies on photography to capture her subjects, mixing delicate sketches and explosions of color in an approach that is both thoughtful and spontaneous.
