Exceptional contrast between gray and gold.
Gray is not a colour. It's black and white, neutral, and adaptable. The bright glowing warm gold challenges the grey. It provokes and inspires to be a color. I like this contrast.
Fine lines, drawn with pen and ink, mediate between the contrasting surfaces.
Inspired by delicate concentric waves created by movements on the surface of the water. In some places, lights create streaks or spots… that shine with gold. Some of these are depicted with gold leaf. It's a calm and friendly atmosphere.
