CUSPATE
Imagination of her was my dream and my illusion. I painted her and I painted myself as shadow in the painting.
Who is she? Where is she? Why just her? Why not some other? I do not know where to meet her, where to find her? As a lost person for now I am trying to picture her moving my brushes on canvas more often with different colors looking for her. I never figured out why I am still looking for her and I keep doing that. If I ever find… her it would be my new and best painting of her.

Ivan A. Tomicic is a painter and sculptor based in the United States whose works have been exhibited nationally, in France, Austria, and Italy. His artistic practice takes two distinct forms of expression through the use of oils and watercolors. Tomicic believes that if "oils are an orchestra then watercolors are the classical guitars or a blues harmonica". One of his favorite themes is America's Wild West, which captured his imagination as a child and continues to do so.
