About this artwork
This oil painting captures the vivid turquoise waters and serene atmosphere of a kaolin quarry I visited in person. Painted alla prima from a reference photo taken on location, the work preserves the freshness of direct observation and emotional response. The rich textures and luminous colors convey the tranquil beauty of this unique natural landscape, where the mineral-rich shoreline contrasts with the still, clear water and deep blue sky. A study…
of light, color, and mood, this piece reflects my personal connection to the place and moment.

I began my artistic journey with graffiti, exploring color, composition, and expression in urban spaces. After a year of training at an art school, I transitioned to mural painting, focusing on large-scale landscapes that reflect a deep connection to nature and light. This passion led me to study under a professional artist, where I refined my skills and developed a more classical approach to painting. Eventually, I moved from walls to canvas, continuing to explore romantic and realistic landscapes in oil.
