About this artwork
Long ago, star travelers decided to come down to Earth to find out what true beauty was. To blend in, they transformed their ship into a shiny car with huge fins. They spent the summer driving on the roads, resting in the tall grass, and listening to the music of the wind. During this time, the car became so close to the planet that its sides felt warm and alive, like a tree.
But their vacation came to an end. The light of home was lit up in the… sky, and the faithful car, gently lifting off the ground, carried its passengers back to the stars. The aliens departed completely happy: they had not only seen a new world, but also brought home a collection of earthly sunsets and warm memories hidden under the hood of the good old Chevy.
