About this artwork
Formation of the island. Formless state of the object prior to forming a solid matter. Abstract formation. Judgement is always subjective. There is no subject except for the formless object so there is nothing to judge.
Ivan Meruvan
United Arab Emirates
« For a very long time, I didn't know who I wanted to become until I realized that I have always been an artist. »
Ivan Meruvan is a painter and sculptor based in the United Arab Emirates whose works translate emotions, visions, and his individual interpretation of the nature of the universe. He believes that an image has the power to convey deep spiritual and transcendent meaning. Meruvan connects spirituality, emotions, and the perception of the mind with colors, shapes, and forms.
