Ivan Shyshman is a Ukranian artist who feels that the most important thing is not the style and method, but the sound of the image. Awarded the title as an Honored Painter of Ukraine in 2015, he also is an Associate Professor at the Department of Fine Arts at Izmail State Humanitarian University. Shyshman creates in the genres of landscape, portrait, and figurative composition, as well as monuments. He works using oils, watercolors, acrylics, tempera, and wax.
