About this artwork
This work was made on a sheet of paper with a weight of 300gr/M2 in a format of 50/70cm. In this work, I explored abstraction with a passion for the symphony of colors. Here, the play of acrylic on paper stages a vibrant dialogue between deep blue and soft shades of yellow and red, evoking a visual but harmonious tension. This piece offers your space a dynamic energy, full of depth and mystery, inviting continuous reflection. Each look brings a new…
perception, a new horizon to explore.

« There is a magical moment when the will seems to diverge in favor of an image that is essential. »
J-Claude Bernard is a prizewinning painter from Réunion with national exposure and work held in permanent collections worldwide. Working with a palette knife and acrylics, Bernard superimposes layers of soft colors and gestural forms to create abstract paintings that evoke a sense of movement and calm. On his canvases, human forms and gentle landscapes appear organically, sometimes almost hidden among the textured brush strokes.
