Each piece is a cross pollination of painting and sculpture, intricately detailed and evocative of Byzantine mosaics and Gothic stained glass. Jack systematically utilizes color to express the emotional, intuitive and theoretical systems that respond to the shape of each work to memorizing effect. Producing a poetic object of contemplation and exploration into the sensuality of color, luster and surface, combined with the dynamic power of line, shape and structure.
