About this artwork
In this work, I sought to capture the fluidity and dynamic energy of life through the use of acrylics and oils. The lines intersect and play with textures, illustrating the organized chaos and rhythms of our existence. Each brushstroke is an emotional response, a reflection of my soul on the canvas. This painting, with its bright colors and abstract shapes, brings a breath of vitality and inspiration to any living space.

Born in Mulhouse in 1953, JH is self-taught. He started figurative painting in the seventies. It was in two thousand and twelve that he turned to abstract. Abstract indeed, offered him many more creative possibilities than figurative. He likes to work with oil, acrylic, but also with products from industry such as plaster, coatings, nuts, joints, etc.
He also uses several working methods, from spray paint to brushes and knives, to form these reliefs which give a more opulent dimension to the canvas.
He also tells us that he loves to see people looking at his paintings with their fingertips.
He takes us by the hand, to lead us into a universe of shimmering colors, which he makes dance in perfectly uncontrolled movements.....
