About this artwork
A giant grizzly bear strides confidently across the room. On it's back the bear is carrying a boy, and on it's head a festive paper party hat. Clearly there's some strange reason for the celebration going on.
As in most works, Jaco combined digital and traditional techniques to produce an image which is both playful and sinister, nostalgic and magical.
This photopolymer, or solar plate, etching is hand pulled in a limited edition of 25 copies on… 300 grams Hahnemühle etching paper.

Each print is numbered and signed.
