It was in his thirties, encouraged by his mother's example, that he began to master the medium before dedicating himself fully to his art since his retirement in 2016.
His work revolves primarily around the human figure, with a marked predilection for female portraits and nudes. Through oil on canvas, he explores the precision of features and the subtlety of expressions, seeking to capture the immediate emotion conveyed by a face or a gaze.
