About this artwork
In this piece, I poured raw emotion into a type of gravure technique that I invented, using a very rusted metal. In this case a baby figure appears in the womb. The rust textures evoke an idea of finishing time, contrasting to what is represented of a new beginning. This work radiates powerful energy, stirring reflections on time vulnerability, sparking curiosity and emotion.
