Jamal Maalouf is an artist based in Lebanon whose paintings have been featured in solo exhibitions nationally, as well as in Syria and Kuwait. At the beginning of his prolific artistic career, his works, though varied in mediums and topics, focused on the representation of the Lebanese landscape. After having taken a hiatus from creating, Maalouf has returned to his studio with a newfound passion for abstractionism.
