About this artwork
The iconic Eiffel Tower is rarely portrayed this way, from below at night. I was inspired by the intricacy of its construction, an engineering marvel, glowing brightly against the dark sky. Seen like this, it no longer is the cliché we are so used to seeing in pictures of Paris, but instead, can be viewed as the exciting iron structure, held upright be huge curving beams and supports.
