About this artwork
This is a acrylic painting of a black panther lurking in the shadows. With a variation of black and grey tones with whispers of blue tint, he can be seen prowling towards the viewer, his shoulder arched, eyes fully alert.
The piece was Inspired by the late Chadwick Boseman. At the time of it's creation, the Artist was deliberating over several different animals and turned on the news to learn of Chadwick's passing. Touched by his incredible story,… a panther became the obvious choice, with it's namesake lasting as a small tribute to the actor.
