Diese Arbeit besteht aus Rindenstücken, die in Reihen gegliedert sind und zu einem Kreis zusammengefasst sind. Dies ist eine Wandarbeit die sehr haptisch ist und eine große Kraft ausstrahlt. Innerhalb der Reihen wurden die unterschiedlich großen Elemente in einem additiven Prinzip gereiht, jedes Element ist unterschiedlich groß und ein Rindenstück wurde neben das andere gelegt bis die Reihe voll war. zwischen den Elementen besser zum Vorschein. Dieses Werk ist pittoresk und lässt sich auf die englische pittoreske Gartenbewegung des 18. Jahrhunderts zurückführen, die besonders in der Rinde ihren Ausdruck findet. William Gilpin zufolge sind Rauheit (roughness) und Unebenheit (ruggedness) Merkmale des Pittoresken und zu finden u.a. in der Rinde eines Baumes.
