About this artwork
In this work of art, I immersed myself in a world of graffiti and pop art, using marker and spray to bring bold and expressive shapes to life. Each brushstroke refers to urban culture, while capturing the essence of comics and figurative art. I sought to evoke strong emotions and provoke reflection on contemporary art. Jazi is a Swiss painter and draftsman who has exhibited nationally as well as in France and Monaco. His art has been featured in publications such as Graffiti World. Jazi translates the basis of his inspiration, graffiti street art, with a sense of joy, humor and joie de vivre. Through his compositions, he invites the viewer into his ‘motley and eclectic universe’. He works mainly using acrylic sprays and markers, as well as stencils.
