The Window of Oblivion.
"Like a tired eyelid, the inn window, dark and closed, lets through nothing but the silence of the empty room.
Yet, it seemed as if an invisible soul, some specter from bygone days, still haunted the deserted woodwork. What was it waiting for?
Perhaps a lost visitor will finally come and sit down beside him. Together, they might then gaze at their reflections in the still water of advertising mirrors and discover, with… terrifying certainty, that the living are nothing but ghosts unaware of their own existence.

Jean-Luc Wasmes, trained as a photographer at InRaCi, devoted himself to digital art after his retirement. An expert in black and white, he embraced color, thanks to his move to digital, simplifying the representation of his visions.
