From a historical point of view, a tribe consists of a social formation whose mode of access to natural resources is mobile, depending on the migratory flows of herds of herbivores. This type of organization, called tribal, pre-exists before the village type administrative formation which tends towards the notion of sedentarization and management of local natural resources consumed and/or… exchanged according to different geographical scopes linked to the level of development. commercial relations, material necessities or even the ecological understanding of the territorial capacities of these inhabitants to be able to supply themselves with resources from Nature from generation to generation
