About this artwork
I particularly love the time of year between spring and summer as everything around begins to bloom and becomes vibrant. So much color surrounds us and it's influence went into this painting. It's the same experience each and every time I visit Paris. Varnished to protect against light and dust. Sides painted black. Wired and ready to hang. Signed on the back.

Tover places so much of his emotional and physical energy into a piece, that part of his being remains with it. He approaches composition with no preconceived plans and starts 'destroying' a canvas to see where the journey takes him.
