About this artwork
This painting is made and intend to transfer calm emotion and to nurture the soul. I really love to paint with bright vibrant colors but I also tend to create calm and monochromatic artworks as well. sometimes painting leads me and I have to follow.
This is really something that grabs me and takes me deeply into this calmness.

Icelandic painter Jelena Antic's work has been exhibited throughout Serbia, Iceland, and the United States. Antic works in acrylic and sometimes spray paint to create series inspired by subjects ranging from the Icelandic glacial rivers to metaphysics. Antic paints very quickly, so she often works in diptychs so she can continue working on the same idea while the paint of the first work dries. Antic's works are bright, conceptual, and often involve abstract patterns.
