Jeremie Libenge is an artist based in Congo-Kinshasa whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Cameroon and China. Through the imagery of the shoe, he explores the taste, way of life, eccentricities, sufferings, and happiness of people. Libenge's contemporary works are created with an artistic approach that fuses still-life with symbolism. His preferred mediums are acrylics and pastels on canvas.
