Jeri Griffith is a painter with work rooted in a rich and varied personal history. She draws inspiration from experiences ranging from a childhood spent on a wildlife refuge to extensive travels as an adult especially in Latin America. Media she employs include acrylics, ink, watercolor, graphite, and collage. In her acrylic paintings, she applies thinly layered translucent color to achieve a look akin to stained glass.
