In my piece, I've harmonized vibrant acrylics with textured collage, infusing life into a vintage backdrop through abstract geometry and symbolism. Each swath of color and found object is purposefully placed, sparking a dialogue on diversity and unity. This energetic ensemble is an invitation to grasp the essence of connection and continuum—a true visual feast to energize any space it inhabits.

« Finding my voice as an artist has been a process of unlearning and escaping influence, in search of what comes naturally. »
Jim Ford is a painter, draftsman, and sculptor based in the United States whose works have been featured in several solo and group exhibitions nationally. He believes that art is a vehicle to "adventure and wonder". In each of Ford's pieces, he strives to master the art of storytelling in his own visual language. His diverse compositions often center around taboos, inside jokes, beliefs, phenomena, and social commentary, they are also autobiographical and personal.
