About this artwork
There is nothing better than a grilled cheese made in a panini press. It took JJ about 20 sandwiches to get the just right one for this still-life. Everyone in her house had to eat them for days. There is a lot of texture in this piece. She used a palette knife to make the cheese section to make it flowing and smooth.
