About this artwork
I created this image to capture the mysterious stillness of the autumn forest. The dancing leaves symbolize change and transience, while the mist creates a dreamy, almost magical atmosphere. My aim was to draw the viewer into this moment full of melancholy and beauty – a place where time seems to stand still and nature tells its story vividly.

After a successful career as an art and creative director, during which Joe Kaiser received numerous international awards and served on prestigious juries, he has dedicated himself entirely to his artistic work as a photographer and digital artist since 2020. He has been passionately involved with photography for over 30 years – particularly nature and street photography, but also portrait photography.
His works are characterized by a realistic, expressive style. Through deliberately heightened contrasts, he succeeds in capturing the essence of each moment. His paintings reveal the fascinating beauty of nature, where opposites such as order and chaos, dynamism and stillness, structure and surface, as well as striking color contrasts, merge into a unique visual experience.
