About this artwork
Pilgrims is a framed, ready to hang, oil painting done on wood. It features a definite geometry. Though it suggests a landscape with water at the bottom, it is abstract. Highlighted in a large sphere, two ovals seem to lean on each other. For me, these are two pilgrims who have arrived together in this new and abstract landscape. The viewer may seem something quite different and that's what makes painting so wondrous.
