About this artwork
I was born and raised in Florida so "Sunshine State" is more than a motto for me. It's a state of mind lodged deep in my memory and spirit by the sun, the vegetation, the waters, and the sands. In this painting, I'm trying to show my gratitude for the freshness and calm this state brings me.
