About this artwork
We all think of home in our own way. For me, among other things, it's a place where all is welcoming and familiar - a place where I fit in and know it. Getting there is often at the heart of my paintings and it's always a slow walk with lots of unknowns along the way. I love the colors and textures on the journey and I am put at ease by knowing there are treasured fellow travelers out on road as well.
