About this artwork
My painting depicts a white dove descending to Earth from the infinite expanse of space. The dove's wingtips are sculpted, giving the painting even more depth. The white dove is a symbol of peace, hence the title of my painting, "It's about time."
It's time for peace on Earth. The suffering of people, the destruction, and the violence must finally end, and future generations must have a place where peace can live. That is what my painting represents,… and it is intended to encourage viewers to reflect on this.
