About this artwork
I suppose it's it's about light and shapes and colours.. the usual really.. I was very happy with the way it turned out. Making something out of a very simple photograph of the light hitting a rocky path and some trees. Good colours, nice shapes... I repainted areas of this over the years as I looked at it and thought, that's too dark, complicated etc.. it's now hopefully honed.
