differences in the silhouettes of man and woman are elements that allow the tension in the scene that the painting creates to build. The silhouettes in the painting are separated from each other. Each remains in its difference. They are close to each other, but nevertheless on two sides. It is an ambiguous situation, as it is in life. I want to create paintings that are close to the truth about human beings - whatever that means. The dense structure of the painting gives a signal l of the vibrating emotions between them.
