About this artwork
This is a painting of the view outside my studio window on a November evening in 2022. The view is of the club "Urban Spree", which is just outside of the window of my painting studio at the R.A.W. grounds, as part of a historic landmark in the district of Friedrichshain, in the former East Berlin. I made the painting on-site in a matter of 3 or 4 hours.
