The Transcender series grew from an algorithm that debuted as part of the Bright Moments Finale in Venice, Italy, during the 2024 Venice Biennale. In Transcender, I draw on two earlier series: Libertad Parametrizada (2017), which explores the abandonment of the body, and Aithérios (2021), which treats memory and ideas as ethereal.
