In some works I have taken the human figure as a reference, especially that of the woman as a symbol of delicacy and beauty, the technique consists in sublimating certain areas with magazine paper applied to the canvas in a transfer way and in addition to the acrylic I make outlines of expressionist tendency which allows to express my plastic proposal in an ecological environment.

Juan Vasco
Colombia
« Everything is fleeting and ephemeral, everything fades like a flower of a day, fortunately, art as beauty remains in perpetuity. »
Juan Vasco is a prize-winning Colombian artist whose pieces have been exhibited nationally. Vasco's compositions blend the classic with the contemporary, as well as the abstract with the figurative. He explores the theme of women as a symbol of delicacy and beauty, interpreted in fragmented stories of human expressions through collage. For him, it is a medium that symbolizes the need for renewal and the transformation of being.
