About this artwork
This drawing incorporated the word "light" in Spanish "Luz" as a way of integration of an aspect of life that I wanted to inspire in my life. It depicts a mermaid who has a mythological intricate sides. The word in a prominent place of the design in a way, it looks like a crown to the calm figure beneath pointing at the earth (the darkest area of the drawing) in a meaningful connection between dark and light.
