About this artwork
This painting has several drawings and paintings under it - Most of my work is done with a single drawing and a single layer. How does the artist know when she gets it right? The shapes move against each other.

« Art is a work in progress. »
Judith Seligson is an experienced painter from the United States whose work has been featured in exhibitions throughout the country. From a young age, Seligson experimented making crafts- anything from enamel jewelry making and wood-burning, to ceramics and linoleum block printing. This creative energy and skill is evident in Seligson's paintings, which are characterized by their geometric precision and Mondrian inspired abstraction.
