About this artwork
Amphitrite is a Finalist in the Bluethumb Art Prize 2021 Australia
Beautifully sparkling and highly textured, this intricate sculpture features a variety of glass offset with 24ct gold chunks, edged in thousands of glass seed beads. Named for the goddess of the sea the rich oceanic hues infuse this eye-catching work with a cool tranquillity.
Amphitrite is an unusual statement piece for the collector who is looking for something very different.
…
An embedded hook on the back allows the work to hang neatly on the wall.
Amphitrite is published in my book ‘Sculptural Secrets for Mosaic’ (Schiffer Publishing USA). It will be sent with a signed copy of the book plus a certificate of authenticity. The artwork will be shipped in a custom-made plywood crate.
