A highly unique textile made entirely from dried paint. Deep red and orange weft give way to unravelling warp threads in yellow and gold.
Swatch continues my exploration into the relationship between paint and canvas resulting in an innovative rippling work that hangs free and casts shadows along the wall.
The work is secured to canvas. It is fitted with D rings and wire for immediate hanging. On the front, you will find my initials. On the back… is my signature, title and, year.
This painting is registered with the NRAA (National Registry for Australian Artists). Details of this registration are provided as well as a Certificate of Authenticity.
