This painting appeared exactly like this in my dream. In this dream I was concious of my dream (lucid dream) and watched a lot of paintings on a wall.
But when I saw this one I stared at it, tried to memorize it, and was able to remember it clearly when I woke up. So I had the luck to paint it from my memory of this special dream.
This painting appeared in my dream just like that. It was a dream in which I was conscious of dreaming (lucid dream)… and I looked at many different pictures on the wall.
I stopped at this image, stared at it, tried to memorize it. Luckily, after waking up, I could remember the picture clearly and painted it shortly thereafter.
