TRANSCEREBRAL
The "TransCerebral" cycle is a satirical reflection on the ambiguous role of the brain in our society. A metaphor for the schizophrenic state of human intelligence, he denounces the disturbing gap between our cognitive intelligence on the one hand and our inability to transpose this knowledge into our social life on the other. On the one hand, we are able to conquer space, to achieve complex medical interventions, and to build skyscrapers,… bridges, and a variety of lethal weapons. On the other hand, we are clearly unable to control our most archaic instincts, to live in harmony with our environment and to prevent the use of our technical knowledge for destructive purposes. Beyond any ethical discussion, this evolutionary divergence between cognitive intelligence and social intelligence is simply decerebrated .....
