Junko O'Neill is an award-winning painter whose works have been exhibited in the United Kingdom, where she resides, as well as in Italy, Germany, and Greece. One of the recurring themes in her figurative and abstract works is the Japanese concept of ‘Ma’, which considers movement to be suspended in space, permitting the passage of time. O'Neill regards the allowance of space and time as necessary, in order to fully cherish the moment one is experiencing.
