Materials & Technique:
Acrylic paint on canvas, worked with modeling paste.
I worked with rollers and spatulas, layering many coats of paint on top of each other. Through deliberate reworking and thickening, only the final, luminous core remained visible – a shimmering "button" of color rising like a light from the depths.
Theme:
Inner strength, hope and a new beginning after a… difficult phase of life.
The image represents my personal journey after an accident – perseverance, carrying on, and the trust that even beneath many layers of pain and darkness, a light always remains hidden, which can become visible again.
