About this artwork
I created this altar as an offering after returning from a long awaited trip to Nepal in 2024, which has been a dream of mine for many years. I felt very thankful and inspired by the experience. This is an offering, to continue the cycle of receiving and giving, composed of a chrysanthemum, chenille plants, a mango, apples, clementines, a nepalese singing bowl, and lotus shape candle holder, and my hand, holding a pomegranate.
