About this artwork
I live by the ocean and watch the annual Autumn migration of the humpback whales to their warmer breeding waters and then home to the cold antarctic waters with their calves in Spring. With 'Depth' I have tried to portray the beautiful play of bubbles and light underwater as the whale makes its dive.
